- May you overhear a group of girls talking on the Metro and wonder if your own conversations sound just as vapid.
- May you hope and pray that the dressing room curtain is not as sheer as it seems.
- May you visibly struggle to stay awake in a meeting - and may the "just resting my eyes" excuse fail to fool anyone.
Un-Locked
I lost the lock to one of my shoes.

It must've fallen off somewhere. I'm gutted about this. These shoes are so bright and noticeable that even straight middle aged men complimented them on the Metro. Also the locks made a cheerful jingling noise when I walked. Now there's just one, and the jingle is less robust. It's like the sound of one-hand clapping.

Boy Scout / Club Kid Motto
Fun fact: I carry a set of ear plugs on my key chain at all times. You never know when a rave might break out, and I want to be prepared.
Tour de Pedestrian
The incline on Massachusetts Avenue toward the National Cathedral isn't terribly steep, but that hill just goes on forever. I was riding up the hill on my bike on Friday, just taking my time and daydreaming as I pedaled along the sidewalk. Then I heard a voice behind me say, "On your left."
It was a jogger.
It was a jogger.
Last of Peru Pics
