Forgot to mention - I saw the Real World DC cast at Fly Lounge on Saturday. OK, maybe "saw" isn't the right word since I have no idea what they look like and couldn't pick them out of a line-up. They blend right in with the rest of us nobodies. Not famous yet, kids!

So, I recognized the Real World camera crew and lights there, close enough.

Update: Yellow Tandem Bike

Awhile ago, I wrote that I saw a lone tandem bike rider in the rain one night and I thought he looked like the picture of loneliness. Just wanted to report that I recently saw the same bright yellow bike, but this time there was a girl riding on the bike too.

All's well that ends well!

Raspberry Beret

This week I've been listening to a band called the Fruit Bats, and a lyric in one of their songs is "You lost your voice singing along to ‘Raspberry Beret'." I decided that I need to hear Prince's Raspberry Beret immediately.

Then that same day, I saw this hat in the store window at H&M. And I needed to own it.
